All you need to do is to connect the PVR using one of the output connections to either a DVD recorder or a PC. Not complicated at all if you have a DVD recorder or a PC. One for a US collector, one for a Canadian and one for a European. In turn they would then need to make 3 copies each to send off to 3 others, who in turn would make 3 copies, etc..etc...
