Kung Fu Theatre - Early 80's - ""HELP""

Hello,

Looking to see if anyone can recollect a film I saw on Kung Fu Theatre back when I was a kid. The Feature Star used Tiger(Lion) style Kung Fu. Training sequence featured him using steel rings on his arms and ropes tied to bamboo for resistance training. Body well oiled and cut scenes of tigers were used during the training sequence. Cant recall the actors name. He has been, and still is currently making films. He co-casted in the TV show's "Book and Sword" also I believe he was in "Seven Swords".
