Holy Robe Shaolin Temple different DVD editions?

I´ve just seen a clip of the first fight of this movie youtubed. I´m aware it´s the best fight on the film, but I wanna see it. There are two DVD versions: Crash version and Xenon´s, under the name of Shaolin & Wu Tang 2. Both claim to be lbx. and have chinese & eng. subs (I assume burnt in subs?)

My question is, are those two editions identical, same video quality and all that? ´Cause Xenon DVD can be found really cheap...
