I simply cannot remember what its called, but I'll try to sketch in the details as best i can. So as far as I can remember, the main character was a martial arts expert of some sort (naturally) possibly a cowboy.. and he could/did ride on rockets. I remember one scene vividly, with the main character riding a rocket through the sky, standing on it like you would stand on a skateboard. Also, there may very well be a wizard involved. One last detail I can remember is that the film was made in Korea. However, I don't know the details, or if this is even correct. Ring any bells, anyone?
