I find it absurd, or telling, that no-one can provide a screencap to back up their claims. I have been thinking same for decades...If it really exists,then it`s miracle it has not surfaced yet. It's not a good screen cap, but, considering the value of the footage, frankly I wouldn't expect to see a better one for free. I'd much rather see Ahna Capri's footage in it's entirety (so ridiculous that Warner Bros only put 3 minutes out of 15 in the "Blood & Steel" documentary), and/or the behind the scenes footage from Game Of Death (the black & white, with sound footage Robert Lee[?] shot while Bruce, Kareem, & James Tien were doing publicity stills for the movie), & there's no question this footage exists, we've actually seen some of it.
