I was growing up in the early 70's so I can say that I was part of the "Kung Fu Boom" that swept America with "5 Fingers of Death" being my first film (in 73') but of course Bruce Lee was the icing on the cake!!! - He is the one that sealed the martial arts cinema with a golden seal.
