I need help IDing actors for a special project of mine

I need some information for a special personal DVD release. I'm looking for filmographies of these two Korean actors. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated:

Who is the Korean actor that plays the General in Kill the Shogun(1976) and Bruce and Shaolin Kung Fu(1978) , and he also plays the villain in Double Dragon in Last Duel(1983)?

Also, who is the actor that plays one of the lackeys in Incredible Shaolin Thunderkick(1981) and Snake Strikes Back(1981), the Shaolin monk in Dragon Lee's Dragon Claws(1983), the Shaolin abbott in Shaolin the Blood Mission(1984). He's a thick faced, well built and skilled actor, acrobat, martial artist. He also has a cameo in the hospital scene with the Oliver Hardy lookalike "Mafia vs Ninja" samurai guy in Wild Panther(1983).
