It was a bloody movie from seventies and I remember a character with a very long black braid that he used as a sort of whip, finally this character died hanged by the neck with his own braid. Thank you very much! I tried to find it everywhere, but I would not be able to find it. In my country it was on theaters with a so made up name: The Shang Chi Avenger and the Seven Tigers (funny...)
