Wheels on Meals rope cutting scene?

Hello,

I'm currently on the search for the Megastar version of Wheels on Meals (mainly because of the English dubbed track which I prefer) and I came across this from the asiandvd board :

The Mega Star disc is the uncut HK version, but is still short of a shot of Biao using a knife to cut the ropes that bind his hands. This shot is in the English dub, which contains an alternative up-tempo soundtrack

This is the first I am hearing of this scene. I'm only familiar with the LD version of this and the only shot they show is a quick one when Yuen grabs the knife to cut the rope but they never show him cutting the rope. Anyone ever hear of such a thing?
