Member AlbertV Posted December 12, 2010 Member Share Posted December 12, 2010 Nicholas Tse was interviewed about the film. If you read the interview, skip this question "What's your most unforgettable experience in the film?"...a spoiler alert is revealed. http://www.wu-jing.org/happenings/archives/883-Interview-Nicholas-Tses-Voracity-for-being-the-Meanest-and-Vilest-Villain-in-Shaolin-+-Another-Trailer.html#extended
Member Morgoth Bauglir Posted December 17, 2010 Member Share Posted December 17, 2010 The movie looks like it could be good, but the fights don't look like anything special. Hopefully they are holding back a lot with what they showed in the trailer.
Member Drunken Monk Posted December 17, 2010 Member Share Posted December 17, 2010 I thought, "Hm, the spoiler can't be that big considering it's an actor talking about an as of yet unreleased film." Boy was I wrong! That spoiler is massive! Also... Q. You're not trained professionally in martial arts since young, how do you grasp the wushu feel? Nicholas Tse: Watched plenty of them, so it's not too difficult. According to Nicholas Tse, we should all be masters of executing kung fu by now! LOL....I think this was taken out of context...I think he meant because he's been doing MA for films so long that he can pick it up with ease...We can pretty much call Nicholas this generation's Bryan Leung "Beardy" due to his transition from non-MA to MA action star. That's IMO.

Moderator One Armed Boxer Posted January 10, 2011 Moderator Share Posted January 10, 2011 I think the title of this thread should be changed by the mods. It's plain wrong and misleading for newcommers. Thirded....or just change `Shaolin Temple` to `New Dragon Gate Inn` and transfer it to a different thread about Tsui Hark`s remake of his own re-make of King Hu`s classic. Guest WuxiaFan
THANK YOU - That was my idea! One of the mods should change the name of the this thread then. This is how duplicate threads get started, as I almost started another thread on this movie! Just my suggestion... And a good suggestion it is...
