I'm thinking of films like:

Darkside of Chinatown

Tongs: An American Nightmare

Gates of Hell

Taking Manhattan

The Master (1992)

I was wondering if there are more films with this gritty 80's/early 90's style depicting life in Chinatown. Not sure if The Master is exactly what like the other titles listed, but movies like that certainly count. What else is there? Do any of the above titles count as collaborations?

Yellow Skin - is a good one with Wang Kuan-Hsiung, kwun yang moon and wang lung wei, good hate in that one.
