I'm pretty sure Polly Shan was in it teemed up with some lesser known lead. At the end of the film they meet up with Chang Yi (the villian with long white hair if I remember correctly) who has a peculiar sensitivity to the light. They battle him inside a building boarded up and very dark. To defeat him they knock the boards off the windows so as to blind him with the light of day. Anyone know the title to this film?
