I swear the music on there has been used in a movie before! I know its been in a cop film before, i just cant think which one...any help?

What language version is it? The HKL DVD has two music tracks, the original one on the Mandarin track, and the "copyright friendly" English dub (different from the Columbia DVD English dub)? Also, any specific scenes you may be referring to?

the one in the beggining...is that the original movie? if so maybe i saw a movie that used that themes song

Hmm, unfortunately, this might actually be original music created for the "copyright friendly" version. It's basically an attempt at creating a track similar to "Magic Fly" by the group Space.
