It seems to be a follow up to Lone Ninja Warrior. Tien Ho is that one arm guy with a hand impaled on his sword, that wears a fur cape. Here is a cast list: Chi Kuan Chun-gets blinded in this Tien Ho-Black Eagle? The One Armed Drinker?
