The Shat is a Secret Service agent who must save the president who is kidnapped by a South American terrorist. Not a bad movie. Yes, it's a B-movie released by Crown International Pictures, but quite entertaining depending on what mood you're in. The DVD itself is quite nice...letterboxed at 1:85.1 and is in a double feature with Deathrow Gameshow (which I'll watch later). Put out by BCI.
