Member falkor Posted December 2, 2008 Member Share Posted December 2, 2008 At Rare Kung Fu Movies, when we say films are widescreen, we really mean it! Cropping and squeezing of a movie is a criminal activity that is happening in the Kung world that collectors need to be acutely aware of! At RareKFM, our original masters are never even put near an encoder unless a standards conversion is requested, in which case the picture ratio is never changed. This is an example of a genuine widescreen print. If any fans/collectors ever need proof of a widescreen print they see advertised on the site then you know you can always request screenshots from me. Not that Dragon Herb ever doubted us, but I thought this would be a good opportunity to make this point.

Member falkor Posted December 2, 2008 Author Member Share Posted December 2, 2008 Yer damn right I have a good point! I bet untold unsuspecting fans have been conned with fake widescreen... you just never hear about it, and a lot of the time, they probably don't even know it themselves.
