Just watched Clan of the White Lotus, Avenging Eagle, Killer Constable, all great picks. Member Iron Boat Posted April 9, 2009 Member Share Posted April 9, 2009 Well okay maybe I shouldn't say I hate it but if there ever was a film that was hyped up to be so great its LWOC, even now people talk about it like its the greatest thing ever. This film was totally not what I hoped it would be. Gordon Liu only fought a few times, nothing serious, Fu Sheng's acting and movements seemed strange, way too much Hsaio Hou, who I am not a fan of, the whole girl dress as a guy but looks nothing like a guy thing again, and though I respect LKL as a sifu, I don't particularly care for his on screen kung fu, he's too deliberate.
