I know it as THE STOMP, which was the title on the Xenon VHS edition I watched a few years ago. If you're a fan of Doris Lung Chun Erh, it's a must-see because it's probably one of the few chances she had to do a real acting job, i.e. create a notable character outside of the usual formula. She plays a blind swordswoman and single mother, raising a boy and teaching him to fight. The Beggars Clan is in it. I did a review of the VHS on Amazon.com, but they seem to have pulled it, otherwise I'd dig up some of the comments I made. Chen Sing is in it and I seem to remember him playing a good guy.
