Guest Markgway
Most of the key credits are cut off the print. But the director is Yu Han-Hsiang if that helps.

Member falkor Posted November 11, 2008 Author Member Share Posted November 11, 2008 I think that's Shih Szu as well, and it looks similar to Chinese Magic, so must be a prequal or sequel done by similar cast and crew.

Member Gaijin84 Posted November 11, 2008 Member Share Posted November 11, 2008 not sure about what falkor does, but a combination of Google Language Tools and the Big5 version of HKMDB seems to produce some good clues for me...

Member teako170 Posted November 11, 2008 Member Share Posted November 11, 2008 Mainly by copying and pasting into HKMDB, HKFA, and the TaiwanDb, but also... Now I see. I really want to make a genuine effort to learn how to read Chinese - though its no walk in the park. I watched a brief demo on-line on this. It was quite interesting how the characters were put together and how they could mean different things.
Member falkor Posted November 11, 2008 Author Member Share Posted November 11, 2008 Bruce Long once gave me a crash course on how to interpret Chinese characters and type onto a Chinese wordprocessor using "radical lookups". I find it very difficult and it requires my full concentration, whereas many other members here are far more experienced and efficient at doing it than me. I would probably have been in with a good chance of finding 3/4 of the above title-screen characters for this Taiwanese movie, but it would have taken me about 3 hours--at least.
