Interesting that they'll be shooting it in 3D, and according to the article, it'll be the first kung fu film made in that format. So many kung fu films have been released that featured people punching or throwing weapons at the camera you'd swear it must have been intended as a 3D film.

Wouldn't Magnificent Bodyguards have been the first Kung Fu film shot (or at least intended to be shot) in 3D? This attempt will obviously be a better attempt, and a better film.

I think Andy On is co-starring. He recently put up a blog stating that he has been working on a film with Yuen Woo-Ping. He shaved his head for the role and for his Friends on AliveNotDead, posted some photos from the set, in order for no leaking to occur. But the fact he stated that YWP is director, I think this may be the film he is co-starring in.

KUNG FU BOB

Mike Leeder worked on this and had good things to say about what he saw on set.

I'm totally psyched for this! :D

Here's a clip of behind the scenes/teaser...

Not sure about this yet. I see a lot of heavily armoured guys and what looks to be an 'army'. Not a fan of 'army' movies where it's all one huge mess with everyone fighting eachother all over the place.

Was that Michelle Yeoh? Vincent Zhao? Gordon Liu? Woo Ping? I'm ready for this.

While the early fight snippets did look a little style infused and perhaps a little gimmicky, I'm drooling for this one.

I hope it doesn't let me down.

Hope it won't be similar to Tai Chi Boxer II.Then everything will be okay.

Glad to see Vincent Zhao in starring role.

Looks a little "mainlandTVshow'ish" to me!

Which is how un-finished teaser footage usually looks like. Thats exactly how the teaser footage from Ip Man looked as well. I am very hyped to see this one, looks great
