Just in time for Halloween (or the US election, if you find that scarier). :)

Haunted Tales: Shame this is VCD only. I thought the first (Chu Yuan) story dragged on too long. The second story was a good combo of weirdness, sleaze, and horror. Does anyone know what the "Chinese ouija board" is really called, and possibly where to get one?

Siamese Twins: Very interesting to see a SB horror film from a woman director. Different, but still fun to watch.

Oily Maniac: It would be fun to see a remake of this, now that oil is kind of a monster in real life.

So, three good films to kick off watching SB horror this month. What SB horror have you been watching?

Mr. Possessed - Wong Jing comedy about a man cursed with supernatural happenings when approached by a woman.

The Bride from Hell - Standard "I married a ghost" storyline. Even with a running time of 75 minutes, the film feels too long. I wonder if parts were cut out? Not recommended.

A Deadly Secret - Not sure if this is a pure horror film, but it has some horror elements.
