Member falkor Posted September 27, 2008 Member Share Posted September 27, 2008 Can you find these films at the IMDB? Lone Wolf And Cub TV series Pro-Karate Unknown 009 Unknown 010 Unknown 011 Unknown 012 Unknown 013 Unknown 014 You can copy and paste the Japanese characters from the links into this database site, where you could try and translate the actors names or something: http://www.jmdb.ne.jp For example, I knew Kurata was in one movie and I knew the movie was from 1993, so I was able to find it at IMDB by browsing his filmography etc.

Member falkor Posted September 28, 2008 Author Member Share Posted September 28, 2008 Thanks! I'm surprised they have no official English titles... Anyone like to have a go at the other half?
Member Gaijin84 Posted September 29, 2008 Member Share Posted September 29, 2008 Unknown 009 - i don't think this is at IMDB. more info: not sure how helpful... http://page16.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/u26924973 Unknown 013 - http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0366824/ Lone Wolf and Cub TV Series - i think it's this: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0226979/ I can't find Pro-Karate. The director is Kazuhiko Yamaguchi, but none of the films from 1976 look to be that film. The Romanji is "Sekai Saikyo no Kakutogi - Satsujin Karate!" Member falkor Posted September 29, 2008 Author Member Share Posted September 29, 2008 Great effort; thank you very much indeed! Obviously, we cannot rely too much on IMDB re: Japanese films. Anyway, I have updated the information in the RareKFM database, which will be updated online tomorrow. I am grateful to both of you for your help with this...
