Been listening to Alex G lately. Guy produces some really great indie music IMHO. Not following any trends but just doing his thing! Also his MV are dope :emo

I'm looking forward to defeating an old foe on the SNES when I take a break soon, UN Squadron. I could get to the 2nd to last stage, but never further. I loved anything to do with planes and tanks etc. (like all boys :P) and this game was full of them.  I also loved the art style of this game, not knowing then that it was something called Anime :P

But the thing that effected me most was the music, my god was it awesome. It was just more inspiration for me to learn guitar, in fact I left guitar lessons after a few weeks because I was playing this music, while they wanted us to stick to skip-to-ma-loo :P Any of these tracks would sit nicely on any Satriani or Steve Vai album. The Japanese guy playing it really knew how to bring the tracks to life.

The Stones. All day, every day for a while. Those days are never coming back, but I'm glad I was born around their high point.

My favorite song of this legendary band. Keith Richards did not play on this song.

Mick Jagger plays the rhythm guitar & sings his finest vocal.

Lead guitar courtesy of Mick Taylor

Just remembered and listened to this song.

I listen to 90's music all the time at work. 89-96 was the best for me.

Very strange, the video is still available here but I was a bit surprised about the low amount of clicks?! Makes sense now, must have something to do with regional restrictions?

Older Dead or Alive games had some truly iconic soundtracks for their characters.

Fortunately, most old tracks are unlockable in DOA 5 and 6.
