I'm spinning some Bolt Thrower today. Good ol' English death metal.

The blueprint for war themed death metal that followed.

I went to see them live in Sheffield last Sunday, too. Great show! Literally everyone was singing along. 3:01 in the video was an epic moment. It actually gave me goosebumps when I was there.

"YOU HAD IT ALL! YOU FUCKING PIGS!"

I can't stop listening to Babymetal. A bit gimmicky, but so ridiculously catchy!

Not a fan of Florence and the Machine, but my favourite metal band covered one of their songs recently and it's fucking awesome.

Listening to tracks from the original Class of Nuke Em' High soundtrack

Of course, the main title song by Ethan and the Coup

Angel by GMT

Rock n' Roll Paradise by Stormbringer

Run for Your Life by Stratus (sounds like Iron Maiden without a heavy bass riff, but it was written by former Iron Maiden drummer, the late Clive Burr)

Boy, you sure listened to some cool stuff.

Been revisiting some classics from my huge music library - especially 2 bands: Judas Priest and Dr. Feelgood. Great stuff.

Also listened to some AC/DC and to some Van Halen today. I often listen to some AC/DC, but Van Halen... Not that much. Some good stuff though.

My favorite artist is a guy called Tech N9ne. Anyone ever heard of him? Not your typical hip-hop

Everyone loves Tech N9ne all of a sudden and I just can't get into him. He has talent as an emcee but he seems like a one trick pony. I don't think I've heard a song of his that isn't double-time rapping.

I've been listening to more electronic music during workouts. Some older and some more recent tracks.

The Best of Syd Barrett: Wouldn't You Miss Me?

Syd Barrett - "Gigolo Aunt"

Comprising highlights from Syd Barrett's two 1970 albums The Madcap Laughs (seven songs),[1] Barrett (nine songs),[1] and the 1988 out-takes collection Opel (four songs),[1] the album was issued to service casual Barrett fans who presumably would only require one disc of his music.

As a bonus to dedicated Barrett followers, The Best of Syd Barrett: Wouldn't You Miss Me? includes "Two of a Kind", from Barrett's John Peel radio show performance in February 1970,[1] and, courtesy of David Gilmour's personal collection,[4] Barrett's previously-unreleased "Bob Dylan Blues",[1] an original recorded a few days after "Two of a Kind",[4][5] that before this release was a very rare and sought-after song.

Just got this from a friend.

Syd Barret was awesome.
