Member 5 Element Boxer Posted August 18, 2008 Member Share Posted August 18, 2008 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ourOdAgCFjU The guy in black who steps in at 2:50 in this clip. Dude is vicious! Does anyone know his name? And in what other movies does he kick ass in? Thanks.

Member 5 Element Boxer Posted August 18, 2008 Author Member Share Posted August 18, 2008 Thanks, venom. Can you recommend some good ones out of his filmography?
Member Morgoth Bauglir Posted August 19, 2008 Member Share Posted August 19, 2008 Yeah Ma Chin Ku moves pretty fierce. Check him out in Sleeping Fist and Ninja Supremo. He really gets to shine. And he has a nice cameo in Butterfly 18. And then if you need more of him go for Shaolin vs Tai Chi and 8 Strikes of the Wildcat. And I haven't seen Thundering Mantis in awhile, but I don't remember anything great from him in that movie. I saw Sleeping Fist around the same time I saw T Mantis, and I remember he tore it up in Sleeping Fist.
Member 5 Element Boxer Posted August 19, 2008 Author Member Share Posted August 19, 2008 Cool! Thanks alot, Morgoth. I appreciate it! He sure was wicked in The 7 Grandmasters, though.
Member TheManInWhite Posted August 19, 2008 Member Share Posted August 19, 2008 You can check him out as the main villain in Big Rascal and also as one of the 13 bandits in No One Can Touch Her. Usually plays a lackey, but this guy has skills!
Member 5 Element Boxer Posted August 19, 2008 Author Member Share Posted August 19, 2008 From what I've seen so far, it looks like he was a real-life martial artist. Am I right?
Member Morgoth Bauglir Posted August 20, 2008 Member Share Posted August 20, 2008 Yeah I would say there's no doubt about it.
Member 5 Element Boxer Posted August 20, 2008 Author Member Share Posted August 20, 2008 His hand speed rivals Johnny Wang's and Chen Shan's. But it's facial expressions (especially in the clip I posted) that seems to make him more intimidating.
