help with a movie

the movie had a group of bad guys and a couple (group?) of good guys.

on the bad guys team was a woman. she was mean at heart and had a mean face and she had skills with the sword if i recall correctly. but she also liked one of the good guys i think. i know she had feelings for someone.

did they kiss?

were they close to kissing?

for some reason i think i remember either her getting roughed up a bit and liking it or being treated roughly and liking it...maybe cuz it was the guy who liked her that did the roughing up...maybe just cuz she liked things like that.

and ideas? i wish i recalled more. too much O.E. that night.

i just remember her being real malicious and or sadistic and have this image of her in front of a tree with a straight sword in her hand after she realizes that maybe she likes one of the good guys or something
