Oh yeah, I can't believe I forgot about Phillip Ko Fei, he must be one of my all time favorite villains. Not so much for the character part, but his kung fu is just vicious! Can't wait to see The Loot remastered. That's probably his best performance next to Deadly Challenger, only that The Loot is an overall better movie.

Endsang, Phillip Ko said in an interview that The Challenger and the Loot are his best villainous perfomances, wherein all his evil techniques are displayed. Who could argue! I would also add to the lists Lung Fei, superb villainous performance in Beach of the War Gods. Has anyone mentioned Chang Shan?

Not in any order here-

Carter Wong (big dude)

Fung Hark-On (he's great as a baddy, IMO)

Dean Shek (c'mon, he's always bad!)

HJL (the penultimate silver-haired villian)

Lo Lieh (the King of Bad Guys)

Chen Sing (looks like he's gonna snap all the time)

Yuen Shun Yee (at least in Taoism Drunakrd!!)

Yasuaki Kurata (never really evil but always formidable)

Bolo Yeung (wouldn't take him in a street fight)

Chan Wai Man (a real badass)

Endsang, the interview was on a VHS tape from the UK company Eastern Heroes. The tape was called Eastern Heroes Video magazine, there were two volumes I cant remember which one it is. Ive had them for some years now, really entertaining watches. I think on the same tape there was an interview with Wilson Tong! You could check youtube it might be up
