Member HyperDrive Posted May 23, 2008 Member Share Posted May 23, 2008 It's been announced that a film adaptation of the popular arcade game series and main rival of Street Fighter, King of Fighters, is in the works. http://www.varietyasiaonline.com/content/view/6131/1 Although video games made into movies haven't faired well over the years, I have some hope for this one. My biggest fear is that it'll be a CGIfest. Anyways, the styles that are in the game include Drunken Boxing, Judo, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Muay Thai, Ninjitsu, Sambo, and Pro Wrestling. Let's hope that this movie gets done right and stays true to the SNK storyline and to each characteristics of the characters. I, for one, am looking forward to this very much.
