Member Shaolindogma Posted March 13, 2008 Member Share Posted March 13, 2008 Being the biggest Elton Chong fan in the world, I was researching Elton and came across a movie i've never heard of before. Special Mission. On the HKMDB site under his filmography they list this movie from 1976. I can't seem to find it anywhere to buy, and can't find any information on it. Does anyone know anything about this movie? Does Elton just have a cameo in it? They also list Lone Shaolin Avenger as one of his movies but I don't remember seeing him in this one. Update: I just found this thread. Falkor, do you have any more information about this movie?
Member Bruce Long Posted March 16, 2008 Member Share Posted March 16, 2008 The movie is set during the Japanese occupation; modern clothing is worn in most scenes. Elton Chong is a member of a group of Korean patriots. He briefly participates in a few group fight scenes, and has a few lines of dialogue, a minor supporting role of no distinction. Here's the page at the Korean Movie Database: http://www.kmdb.or.kr/eng/md_basic.asp?nation=K&p_dataid=03057
