Was "Winner Takes All" really shot in mandarin?

All that I know is that the Mandarin soundtrack is automatically chosen on the DVD if the viewer doesn’t choose Cantonese manually.

Usually I ask on the forums. Shaws kept doing Mandarin films after other HK filmmakers stopped

As a rule, all Chang Cheh films are Mandarin, though I vaguely recall Linn telling me there are one or two genuine Cantonese Chang Cheh films

Lau Kar-leung's first Cantonese film was Dirty Ho, and everything he's made since, aside from possibly Martial Arts Of Shaolin, is in that language

Often the wu xias and period dramas would be in Mandarin, and the modern day comedies in Cantonese.
