Theres a tall human looking alien with weird eyes and some type of gun.I think he had pointy teeth also. Its kind of Mad Maxish (I think he's driving a car)and blowing up a lot of $#!t. Sounds a lot like LASERBLAST (1978). At the beginning two aliens chase a man through the desert with a laser weapon attached to him. The aliens kill him and the gun is found by another guy who, when the gun is attached to his arm, turns green and has sharp teeth and goes around blowing stuff up and killing those who wronged him. I haven't seen it in years but that sounds like the film.
