Here's a strange one...

Three wuxia by three top directors, right?

Well, not according to the film itself.

The poster (see link below) credits as follows:

The Iron Bow - Yueh Feng

The Tigress - Cheng Kang

White Water Strand - Chang Cheh

However, the print (see links below) credits as follows:

The Iron Bow - Chang Cheh & Cheng Kang

The Tigress - Chang Cheh & Cheng Kang

White Water Strand - Chang Cheh

No mention at all of Yueh Feng as director.

What gives??

Possibly he asked his name to be removed from the final film? I never paid any attention to it until you posted it just now Mark.

Lol, that's what I'm here for.... ;)

It struck me immediately as odd.

I know Celestial have been redoing the credits-- I wonder if this is their "mistake" or something more intentional??

It's obvious they are re-doing some of them, but a number of them look identical to the credits seen on tapes that have floated around for years with many of them not looking like they've been tampered with CLAN OF THE WHITE LOTUS or AVENGING EAGLE being examples of titles with credits that have been polished up.

How highly would you guys recommend this title? Or what would you rate it? How the heck can you develope half hour films?! I'm interested in it, but don't know if I should get it just yet.

Wuxia is my fav. genre though so I'm trying to collect all the Shaw wuxia films foremost.

I wasn't particularly impressed with the movie, the last segment is the best, IMO. The movie never really grabbed me and this may be the first time a martial arts film was attempted in the anthology format. If you're collecting all of them than you'll definitely want to add this to your collection. A well made movie but nothing overly special.
