Guest fabhui
always wanted to see painted faces, anybody have any opinions on that one? A very good movie with some excellent storytelling. I'll be glad to chuck my VCD of the movie away once the celestial DVD is released...providing they don't mess it up in any way!
Guest Markgway
I can't see Painted Faces exciting too many Kung Fu fans. I thought it was an average drama.
Guest Winfred
River Of Tears is an excellent love story starring Jenny Hu as a glamourous singer and Ling Po's husband Chin Han. The theme song is still popular today and a karaoke favourite in Asia for wannabe singers with a good vocal range.
Member Sifu Posted November 9, 2007 Member Share Posted November 9, 2007 Wow! I didn't know there were any left! They (IVL and Celestial) must be close to ending their so far 4 year contract with Shaw! By the way, which one sounds the best on the list. And can anyone tell me if Crazy Shaolin Disciples was any good! It was one of the last of the golden years for Shaw.
Guest will91XingYu
Kid From Kwangtung! Also that Ursepers of Power stars a few baby venoms and Robert Mak i think.
