This movie has to be the most fun you could ever have the joy of seeing. It`s campy but not in a bad way, and the special effects are really cool, you wouldn`t think it was made in 1966. Guest whitesnake Posted November 27, 2007 Share Posted November 27, 2007 This movie was playing on a double bill with something like Hunter in the Dark at the (now long-gone) Kokusai Theater in San Francisco in the 1970s. My friends and I were enjoying it, but someone (who obviously preferred his samurai films to be serious) went stomping loudly out of the theater partway into Watari.
