No. I'd rate this as one of my top 5. I'm a vegan, if they did kill a real tiger, it'd be in my bottom 2 (not bottom only coz Blood Brothers is fucking rubbish). Guest BleachOD
OMG that is hard! Okay the first are my 10 top 10 and in no particular order. These are above them all. Challenge of the Ninja. Aka Shaolin Challenges Ninja I love this movie because it not only stars one of my favorite actor/martial artists. It is a fine example of why Shaw Bros are the best! I don't like movies that lack a real plot and pointless fighting. I hate movies that are nothing more than a guy flying around on strings and not real martial arts. (No "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"-esque movies for me!) I love this story. Chinese man marries Japanese woman and argue who's martial arts are greater. My favorite scenes are the ones where she shows him the Japanese weapons and he shows her the Chinese equivalent of them. It was delightful and funny. The martial arts were top notch and this movie boasts in my opinion some of the best fight scenes in Shaw Bros history. The last fight between Gordon Liu, & Yasuaki Kurata is one of my top ten fights in SB history. 3 Evil Masters. This might actually be my favorite of them all. I love this movie for the plot, the eye-candy and the great fighting. Again all my favorites and all the fights are great, barring one. (I didn't like how #2 was killed) The plot and fighting is again one of the best in SB history. It's also funny as hell. "Special Kick" alone makes me lol. Masked Avengers Tied with 3 evils as fave. Great suspense even if I knew early who #2 was. I love hand to hand a lot. However I have a great love of weaponry! This is a film that I strongly recommend to those who haven't seen it. I love the Venom mob the best. The plot and fighting is again one of the best in SB history Mortal Combat I love this movie!!!! "Iron hand hurt badly" <--just had to say that. Crippled and Kickass. One thing I love about SB is the training scenes. I love those as much as the actual combat scenes. This movie has it all! Comedy, action and story. Shaolin Mantis This movie goes into my top ten because even the bug was a great fighter. I love the the scenes with the Mantis as much as do the actors. Ti Chi was adorable and David Chang was...well he's David Chang. This is one of the best Mantis style I ever saw in a martial arts film legendary Weapons of Kung Fu. I remember thinking when I first saw this film "Wow! Chinese have Ninjas!"...only better. XD This movie features Lui Chia Liang and if that isn't enough to convince you. I don't know what is. Agian the plot and the fights are some of the best and the last fight between Liu Chia-Yung &Liu Chia-Liang is one of the best weapon fights you will ever see. The Spearman of Death What can't I say about this movie?! It stars my favorites of the Venom Mob Kuo Choi along with my two second faves...Lu Feng, & Chiang Sheng I liked Kuo Choi's style of fighting with anything he can find. The last fight is hella and I suggest everyone sees this move. Ten Tigers of Kwang Tung Everybody is in this movie!!! This is the first time I met and fell in love with Alexander Fu Sheng. My favorite fight. Ti Lung vs Tu Lung. He fucked him up with Golden Statue. Master Killer One of the greatest. I love to see him go through chambers This movie is great for a fan who loves the training as much as the actual fights The Five Deadly Venoms Can't have a top ten with out this movie! XD The cult classic of all time. From start to finish it's grabs you. Plus the intro was hot. Lizard was my favorite, and then Centipede. I would wax on but I have a Kung Fu class. Will edit with the rest.
Member DeathShrike Posted November 13, 2008 Member Share Posted November 13, 2008 I'll divide this into ratings out of 10, because the IMDb is my friend, and that's the only way I can keep track of the movies I've seen. In no order: Rated 10/10: Come Drink With Me The Lady Assassin The 36th Chamber of Shaolin Bastard Swordsman Five Deadly Venoms Crippled Avengers Executioners From Shaolin Kid With the Golden Arm Opium and the Kung Fu Master Rated 9/10: Boxer From Shantung Eight Diagram Pole Fighter Five Element Ninja Return of Bastard Swordsman Return to the 36th Chamber Masked Avengers Rated 8/10: Shaolin Rescuers The Lady Hermit Holy Flame of the Martial World Secret Service of the Imperial Court Clan of the White Lotus Shaolin Intruders Rated 7/10: Martial Club Rebel Intruders Dirty Ho King Boxer 14 Amazons One-Armed Swordsman Returns Heroes of the East Invincible Shaolin Legendary Weapons of China New One Armed Swordsman

Member Stanley Posted May 21, 2009 Member Share Posted May 21, 2009 "Come Drink With Me"(60s)(Dir: King Hu, Actors: Chang Pei Pei & Yueh Hua) Isn't this available in the US ? It's the first wuxia movie released by Celestial. This should go into anyone's All-time TOP 10 !! "Golden Swallow"(60s)(dir Chang Cheh, Actors: Jimmy Wang Yu, Chang Pei Pei, only movie with both of them; and Lo Lieh) should reach Top 20 easily, and easily Chang Cheh's best 10. Also released very early. "Magic Blade"(70s)(dir Chua Yuan, actor: Ti Lung, Ching Li, Lo Lieh, Tien Ni). Follow up to Killer Clans & White Jade Tiger, full of mystery, suspense, action & surprises. These 3 are easily Chu Yuan TOP 5(with Clans of Intrigue(below) & Confessions of Courtesan ? with Lily Ho & Yueh Hua) !! "Clans of Intrigue"(70s)(dir: Chu Yuan, actors: Ti Lung, Yueh Hua, Li Ching, Nora Miao). Also full of suspense & action, beautiful settings & colours, interesting characters and a some BIG surprising shocks at the end. "Heavely Sword & Dragon Sabre" Part 1 & II(70s)(Dir: Chu Yuan, actors: Derek Yee, Ching Li, Yu On On) A very well summarised and quick paced movie based on the famous novel. Must-see if you have not read that famous novel, availabe in English soon. "5 Shaolin Masters"(70s)(Dir Chang Cheh, actors: Ti Lung, David Chiang, Fu Sheng, Chi Kuan Chun & Meng Fei(1st box-office hit actor that played The Prodigal Son(Fong Sai Yuk) and his only movie with Shaw) The climatic 1 to 1 fight at the end is like watching 5 movies(someone even got his genitals ripped off) !! Why haven't you guys include these 4/5 movies ?

If you want to keep the videos I guess you can go on google and type the title of the movie followed by a coma and the word "torrent". Or if you just want to see the films streaming, youtube has ALOT of them.
