Movie Title!? About A kungfu fighter with one leg

Hey there,

I'm not quite sure if this movie is made between 1960 - 1985.

I'm looking for the title of a movie that's about a man that loses his leg

in a fight trying to get back a girl that was kidnapped from his village by bandits.

His goal is to revenge on the men who crippled him...

He finds the answer in a kung fu book that specializes in mastering one leg kicks.. He mannages to teach himself this technique and heads out to the men that crippled him to seek revenge...

I've seen this movie a long time ago so it could be some details are missing or erroneous. I would appericate any comments on what the name is of this movie is or any clue that may help me find this movie.

The only movie that comes to mind is Dragon Lee's "Champ against Champ".

Pretty good movie. too bad this is the only clip I could find on Youtube.

This is not the movie I'm searching for.

I red the storyline of the movie on Kung Fu cinema.

Alltough the script is on some points quite similar.

But I'm sure its a different movie!

I haven't seen it yet, but EastWest DVD released a series of $1 DVDs with 2 kung fu movies and I vividly remember getting the one that includes Champ Against Champ...just can't remember the other movie.

I'm looking to find the title of a movie I saw in the end of the 90's.

The story setting is before modern time. Somewhere in Asia, probably China. The hero is being hunted by what I think I remember as government troops, snaring one of his feet with some kind of pole with a noose, which results in him losing the foot.

He gets away, retrains now having only one foot, and takes revenge.

Movie looked fairly new and had a good production, probably made in the 90's possible 80's.

Must have been pretty big / well known Kung Fu movie as it made it's way to Swedish TV.

Anyone knows which one I'm talking about?

no, the hero losing the foot was younger and the movie newer from what I can remember. There was other weapons than swords involved in this incident.
