Guest pressureworld
Are they great differences between Thai IVL DVDs and the regular R3 Shaw IVL's and are the Thai dvds worth purchasing? I think there was a thread here once upon a time any help would be useful
Guest tylerpistol
The Thai DVDs are compressed into a single-layer disc, so they are often quite pixelated, and without bonus features. On the plus side, many titles are labelled as region 3 but are actually region 0, so you can play them on any DVD player!
Guest sammofan
I have 3 thai shaws and the best thing about them is that 2 of them had double-sided covers so that you could have the original movie poster as the front cover. the worst thing is they never ever include cantonese soundtracks, only mandarin and thai. Guest pressureworld
I didn't know they had duel sided covers thanks for that info. On another note aren't the current IVL's DVD 5's if so how can the thai's which are dvd 5's as well be much different there should be pretty much the same in terms of quality, right?
