So does this one for THE LAST EVE. q3L8I-6n-jc

Member LKFMFan Posted August 15 Member Share Posted August 15 1st October 2010 Last Kung Fu Monk was released, it’s a Chinese martial arts film located in New York, now it’s been 14 years since it’s release, are there any fans out there? Or what’s your opinion about this movie? Plot: Li Long (Peng Zhang Li) a shaolin monk comes to New York City to take care of his nephew (Major Curda) after his brother and his wife died in a car crash, he befriends with Sarah a social worker (Kristin Dougherty) and Dave (Justin Morck) a shaolin fan who encourage Li to open up a Kung Fu School. But the school is funded by the Russian mafia boss (Johan Karlberg) who demands his money back, after Li interrupts a match in an illegal fight club, he becomes a target for the fight clubs current champion Lam (Li Bing Lei). here is the trailer for the movie : Last Kung Fu Monk - Korean Trailer
Member laagi Posted August 15 Member Share Posted August 15 Going by your name you must be the movies no. 1 fan Anyway, welcome to the forum. I'm pretty sure I've stumbled across the cover (lord knows they all look alike) but never bothered to watch it. I'm pretty sure the lead actor is a real shaolin monk so basically this is his version of 'Coming to America'... maybe?
Member LKFMFan Posted August 16 Member Share Posted August 16 Yes I am 😊 thank you for welcoming me 🙏🏻. i just found this forum and was just curious if there were more who knew about it. yes the leading role guy was a legit shaolin monk but the action scenes are fun to watch, it’s also has nickname as The Room vs Kung fu 😁
