Adult film title

Hi,

Could anyone here tell me the title of an adult movie which story sums up as follow : "For Chinese Taoists, a poorly buried corpse can continue to breathe, transforming into a zombie that roams the countryside until a monk specialized in such tasks returns it to its grave. A monk is tasked with bringing five of these zombies to the Village Cemetery. However, he neglects them to indulge in drunkenness and engage in sexual excesses".

Story translated fom the summary of a French VHS sleeve, which I do not own/never saw. The pictures are from the sleeve I can't say if they are actual screenshots from the film/video.

Thanks for the suggestion. 
In Ghoul Sex Squad The vampires are under the priest control whereas in Love Zombies* the Monk neglects (his duty towards) the zombies. So I believe they are different films.

*title used for the 1991 VHS.
