looking for the name of a kungfu film

I would like to know the name of kung-fu film, don’t remember much about the film the little I know is the final showdown was between a bad guy versus 2 men and a lady and that one of the guys punches the repeatedly to gain strength this was his ace fighting technique, also the only additional information is that this film was made before 1980, I have had over 3000 kunfu films at one stage but never came across this film, just hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
