However it features Julie Strain who apparently co-directed as well. He was the 1st non-Asian to be awarded a 7th-degree black belt in Hapkido by the official Korean Hapkido Federation. He's known for his "Zen Filmmaking", which they don't do scripts and do most of their stuff on the fly.
