I am watching this for the 1st time as it is streaming on Tubi. Directed by Korean filmmaker Chi-Han Kim, the acting is typical B-movie fare but it involves four taekwondo black belts, two the daughters of a local TKD teacher whose school is on the verge of being shut down and taken over by a mobster, causing the teens to do what they can to protect the school from shutting down. There are mobsters and ninjas all around.  

The four teen stars who play the "Black Belt Angels" are actual martial artists, which help with the fight scenes. Shawna Larson was a 2nd-degree black belt in TKD. Rebekah Bartlett and Nicole Burks were 1st-degree black belts in TKD and Ka'imi Kuoha was a 1st-dan in Chinese Kara-Ho Kempo Karate. Today, Kuoha is still involved in the industry as an actress, stunt and fight coordinator. Her dad and teacher, Sam Kuoha also in in the film as is the legendary Bobby Kim, as Master Lee (he gets a few fight scenes in).
