They're both 2.35:1 with burnt in English subs and Mandarin audio but does one have better picture quality than the other? Crash claims their version is "digitally restored" & I'm inclined to believe that's marketing bullshit judging by their other so-called restored releases but I have no idea if it's any improvement over the Taiwanese dvd?
