Hayden Posted February 19, 2023 Member Share Posted February 19, 2023 Wang Yao 王耀, born 1950 in Taiwan, was one of the very first "official members of the Jackie Chan Stunt Team", he was there when it began in 1977. He did stunt work and featured in a few small roles in Hong Kong movies before working for the team, but continued to do so once he was a member, working on over eighty movies as an actor and many projects as an action director. One of his most recognizable roles was as "Ding Dong" in the movie The Leg Fighters [1980], he also had prominent roles alongside Jackie Chan in The Fearless Hyena [1979] and Fearless Hyena 2 [1983].
