When 사대통의문 aka 4 CLANS OF DEATH aka THE DRAGON FROM SHAOLIN (1978) was released in the US, the credits credits listed on the poster (with art by Luis Dominguez) were actually taken from another Asso Asia title, THE MAGNIIFICENT WONDERMAN (1979):

When it was re-released by the same distributor, William Mishkin Motion Pictures in 1981, THE DRAGON FROM SHAOLIN was re-titled THE BRAWL BUSTERS, with a similar campaign to another Mishkin release, BRUCE IS LOOSE aka THE GREEN DRAGON INN (1977)

To further confuse things, when Master Arts Video ("A Tribute To The Master") released THE DRAGON FROM SHAOLIN on video, what was actually on the VHS tape was

THE THUNDER KICK (1973):

Isn't it fun trying to work these things out  They seem to love making a puzzle out of so many of the Korean films.

It seems like that Mishkin fella (or whoever he hired to do the artwork) had a rather concerning preference for people being kicked in the balls!!!

William Mishkin was a New York based film distributor of exploitation films in the 50s through the 70s, who might be better known as the distributor of some of director Andy Milligan's sex and horror titles - THE GHASTLY ONES, TORTURE DUNGEON, THE RATS ARE COMING, THE WEREWOLVES ARE HERE. The title card for THE BRAWL BUSTERS looks very similar to the style used in THE GHASTLY ONES:
