In 1983, Buddy Cooper made a film called Fall Break which would be re-titled The Mutilator. This told the tale of a college student and his friends who go to his family's cabin for beak. There, each of the friends are getting picked off by the student's father, who still holds a grudge after the student, as a kid, accidentally killed his wife (the student's mother).

40 years later, Cooper is officially returning with a legacy sequel that will star Terry Kiser (Weekend at Bernie's, Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood) alongside Eva Hamilton (who appears on the poster Cooper posted above today). Original film stars Ruth Martinez and Bill Hitchcock are returning as well.

It's being seen as a "meta-sequel" where a killer emerges at the location where the original film was shot and is being screened by two of the original film's actors. When a group decides to stay behind at the cabin where the original film was shot, someone else is there and he plans to create his own "sequel"...look in the trailer for a walk-on from a certain clown (not Pennywise either)
