Member Yihetuan Posted November 1, 2022 Author Member Share Posted November 1, 2022 I saw this the other night and just wasn't feeling it. The fight scenes while free of CGI or wire assist, were rather pedestrian and lackluster. The 'bola' weapon the protagonist wielded was kinda cool but its novelty wears off rather quickly. As does his handicap of being hearing impaired. This is not your typical action film but rather a drama about redemption and regret. The best part of the movie for me was the flashback sequence with Sandi and his childhood friend and the unfortunate circumstance which led to his losing his hearing. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
