Need help finding a Kung Fu movie please

Hello. I'm looking for a movie I saw when I was a kid. Back on Kung Fu Theater. Here's what I remember about that movie....

* A master with black hair and no facial hair (about 30 years old). He trained about 4 to 5 (maybe 6) young students.

* They all fought an old Kung Fu master with long white hair and white facial hair as well. This master wore a blue outfit and a red or blue cape. I believe the cape had white embroidered stars on the cap but i could be wrong.

* All the students where killed by the evil master. But the young master eventually kills the old master.

* When fighting, I believe the old Kung Fu master would stand on one leg like a flamingo and cover himself with his cape. He just stands there like a statue. And when someone gets close to him, he stabs them in the neck with two fingers. Killing them.

* The young master is later attacked by an army of soldiers with spears. And i believe he also defeats them all. The soul survivor from all the carnage.

The way the master fights with his hiding cape makes me think of Incredible Kung Fu mission.
