Member AlbertV Posted August 15, 2022 Member Share Posted August 15, 2022 Abhimanyu Dassani, the star of the 2018 film The Man Who Feels No Pain (choreographed by Eric Jacobus and Dennis Ruel) has a new film that is now on Netflix. The title, translating to "Slacker" or "Useless", has Dassani playing a lazy walkabout who falls in love then finds he has met his match in his new sister-in-law. As the two engage constantly at odds, a common enemy unites them. It's a Hindi remake of a 2017 Telugu film called Middle Class Abbayi. The film is directed by Sabbir Khan, the director of the first Baaghi film before Ahmed Khan took over for the sequels. Anl Arasu and Sunil Rodrigues are the action directors.
Member Super Ninja Posted August 17, 2022 Member Share Posted August 17, 2022 If that trailer can be trusted, there just might be enough action in there to make it worth watching. Then again, considering the runtime of these movies is usually anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, how much action would be enough?
Member ShaOW!linDude Posted August 23, 2022 Member Share Posted August 23, 2022 This is on Netflix? I'll ff to the fight scenes, even those they look kind of campy and a slo-mo lover's dream. I ain't suffering through a bunch of corny dance numbers.
