For those who aren't familiar with his name, he was the main bad guy in To Kill With Intrigue (1977) starring Jackie Chan. I linked his HKMDB page and his Korean wiki. I am not too familiar with the Korean film industry, but it seems he was a popular martial arts film star in South Korea.
